Talent Acquisition Analyst - Internship

About the role

This internship supports the Talent Acquisition team in Kuala Lumpur with day‑to‑day hiring operations. You will assist recruiters in sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate records in HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, update calendars, and keep candidates informed.
• Communicate interview details, required documents, and next steps to candidates.
• Collect onboarding documents, prepare new‑joiner packs, and guide new hires through pre‑boarding tasks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date new‑joiner information in HR systems, ensuring audit‑ready records.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and flag pending items for the TA team.
• Post job advertisements and refresh job boards as needed.
• Provide general TA administrative support to ensure smooth hiring operations.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen, aged 18–30.
• Minimum qualification: SPM/SPMV; diploma or degree holders are welcome.
• Comfortable using computers and basic tools such as Excel and Word.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional communication skills with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Prior exposure to recruitment or HR systems is a plus but not required.
