Supply Chain Operational Design Specialist – Data Analytics

About the role

This position focuses on designing and optimizing supply chain services for GB, ensuring they meet business unit demands, legal requirements, and strategic initiatives. The specialist will conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and drive automation and digitalisation of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, structure, and prioritize business requirements for new or enhanced supply chain services.
• Conduct feasibility, impact, and cost analyses for prospective services.
• Design service models that comply with strategic, architectural, and governance standards.
• Develop, test, and implement new services, calculating associated costs.
• Drive automation initiatives such as paper‑less document flows and integration of new businesses resulting from M&A.
• Mine and analyse data from databases using business intelligence methods.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and business analysts across time zones to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
• Create scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics to support supply chain decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or software engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive team player willing to adopt new technologies.
