Supervisor - Shipping

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead a team of Logistic Direct Blue Associates in Bayan Lepas. You will oversee daily receiving, warehouse, and shipping operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and material availability for production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of logistics associates in receiving, warehouse, and shipping tasks.
• Maintain high physical and system inventory accuracy.
• Enforce 7S principles and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Drive logistics processes using Bosch Production System best practices.
• Care for and monitor materials handling equipment performance.
• Support material availability for raw materials and finished goods to meet production plans and customer orders.
• Participate in continuous improvement and CIP projects.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to resolve operational issues.
• Understanding of the impact of actions on inventory integrity.
• Analytical thinking and influencing leadership skills.
• Flexibility to take on ad‑hoc assignments or projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
