About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Projects & PMO Manager to become the driving force behind impactful strategies. You will lead a talented team, collaborate directly with the founders, and shape the direction of the company while delivering growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic project initiatives that align with company goals.
• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure consistent project delivery standards.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimisation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the founders on project status and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic project management or PMO leadership.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including founders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on growth, profitability and brand success.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
