About the role
We are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our NU EMPIRE SUBANG retail outlet. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient store processes and a pleasant shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Lead and coach store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail supervision or store management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
