Staffing Senior Analyst – Advisors Client Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Staffing Senior Analyst to support the Advisors & Client Services (A&CS) organization. The role partners closely with cluster leaders, project managers, and squad leads to ensure effective execution of strategy and optimal resource allocation across global client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze staffing needs at the cluster level, understand specific engagement requirements, and prioritize across product lines.
• Collaborate with Client Services leadership to assign resources to engagements based on predefined criteria, maximizing utilization.
• Manage internal system settings throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Aggregate regional utilization data, accounting for leaves, relocations, and part‑time resources to maintain accurate capacity visibility.
• Work with squad leads and people managers to consolidate performance evaluations and translate development needs into concrete opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mastercard’s services and business model.
• Experience in staffing, resource planning, or workforce analytics.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional leaders.
• Ability to interpret utilization metrics and drive data‑based decisions.
