About the role

RATUSAN is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator Intern to support content creation, manage social media channels, and engage the online community. The role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced marketing environment in Subang Jaya.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and schedule posts across major social platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments.
• Assist in creating visual and written content for campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, or related program.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platform features.
