Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead flooring installation activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to project management and plays a key role in daily site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise flooring installation on site, ensuring work follows plans and specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress and report any deviations to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project.
• Manage and track material usage, ordering supplies as needed to keep the site stocked.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports documenting completed work, issues, and resource consumption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising construction or flooring projects.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Ability to coordinate teams, communicate clearly, and solve on‑site problems.
