About the role

The Site Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering on‑site support for automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) stacker cranes and related automation equipment. This position involves frequent travel to customer facilities in Klang, Port Klang and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

Install, commission, and test ASRS stacker crane systems at customer sites.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment.
Provide timely on‑site technical assistance and support to clients.
Document service activities and report findings to engineering teams.
Travel as required, with mileage, accommodation and meal allowances provided.

Experience with ASRS stacker crane systems.
Knowledge of automation systems and their integration.
