Site Safety Supervisor (YB)

About the role
We are looking for a Site Safety Supervisor (YB) to join our team at Elco Advance Engineering in Penang. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites and ensuring all activities comply with relevant safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate safety goals and expectations to all site personnel.
- Obtain necessary work permits and ensure they are up‑to‑date.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety topics and site hazards.
- Conduct thorough accident investigations and prepare reports.
Required profile
- Ability to enforce safety regulations and promote a safety‑first culture.
- Strong communication skills to convey safety goals and lead meetings.
- Attention to detail in managing permits and investigating incidents.
