About the role

The Site Safety Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites for Besroc Flooring Specialist. This role involves daily monitoring, inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor site safety to identify hazards and ensure protective measures are in place.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across all active work areas.
Enforce compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Deliver safety briefings and toolbox talks to workers and subcontractors.
Investigate any safety incidents or near‑miss events and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain accurate safety records, including inspection logs, incident reports, and corrective actions.
