About the role
TMK Chemical is seeking a Shipping & Import Executive to coordinate and manage daily import shipment operations. The role ensures timely, compliant and cost‑effective delivery of goods for the company’s inorganic chemical business in Malaysia and Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor inbound shipments to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure all import activities comply with relevant customs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to resolve issues and optimise costs.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
Required profile
- Experience in coordinating import shipments or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of customs compliance and import regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
