Service/Claim Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Service/Claim Advisor to join SR EV Automotive’s growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves delivering high‑quality service support to customers, handling claim processes and coordinating vehicle repairs as the company expands its electric‑vehicle portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers regarding service inquiries and claim submissions.
• Coordinate and track repair jobs, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of claims, service actions, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service partners to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.
