About the role
We are looking for a Service Technician to maintain and repair bakery machinery, ensuring production lines operate efficiently and safely. The role involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs of equipment used in commercial bakeries.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and execute corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service records and update maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required profile
- Technical background or vocational training in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Ability to work on-site in an industrial bakery environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
