About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automotive service team in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. As the first point of contact for vehicle owners, you will ensure a smooth and professional service experience, from appointment scheduling to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their service needs.
Create and manage service appointments using the workshop management system.
Provide clear explanations of required repairs, costs and timelines.
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize work and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers after service.

Required profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for automotive service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
