Senior Vice President, Network Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its global cross‑border network for Mastercard Move. The role is responsible for shaping strategy, expanding partner ecosystems, and ensuring the network delivers scale, reliability, and commercial value worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global receive‑side network strategy for Mastercard Move and Cross‑Border Services.
• Manage, develop, and expand the network partner ecosystem, including banks, financial institutions, payment providers, FX partners, and payout partners.
• Build and execute direct‑to‑Scheme connectivity.
• Drive network reach, resiliency, economics, and competitive positioning across all corridors and markets.
• Lead commercial negotiations and relationship management with strategic network partners and settlement banks.
• Oversee senior direct reports responsible for network strategy, partner management, settlement banking relationships, network expansion, and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead large, global teams and senior direct reports.
• Extensive experience in cross‑border payments network strategy and partner management.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with financial institutions and settlement banks.
