Senior Sales Executive – Glass Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business growth for our glass manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, promoting our product portfolio, and delivering revenue targets in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the glass and construction sectors.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to achieve profitable sales.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of the glass industry is an advantage.
