About the role
The Senior Profit Protection Executive will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s revenue across its retail network. This position focuses on supporting profit protection initiatives, conducting stock audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The role requires a proactive approach to investigating discrepancies and controlling shrink.
Key responsibilities
- Support profit protection initiatives across stores.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies and potential loss incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Implement and monitor shrink control measures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in profit protection, loss prevention or related retail functions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with store teams.
- Good understanding of compliance and audit processes.
