About the role
As a Senior Product Specialist focusing on Ecommerce Operations, you will own the product and website operations for Gogoprint. You will drive the launch of new products, optimise pricing, and enhance the customer journey to boost conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Launch new ecommerce products and features.
- Optimise pricing strategies based on market data.
- Improve the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Singapore.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in product and website operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate across multiple locations.
