Senior Operations Analyst (Technical Lead)

About the role

The Senior Operations Analyst (Technical Lead) will drive the design and implementation of robust data platforms, automation workflows, and system integrations that enable efficient business operations and support future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of scalable data platforms, internal applications, and automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimise data pipelines, dashboards, and reports that deliver accurate insights.
• Implement and maintain API integrations and cloud‑based services to streamline operations.
• Define technical standards, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• At least 2 years in a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or Staff Engineer role.
• Strong track record of delivering data‑driven solutions at scale.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
