Senior Motion Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising. You will shape visual storytelling while maintaining brand consistency across all motion outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and animation of motion graphics for various channels, from concept through delivery.
• Develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams.
• Oversee production workflow, create reusable templates, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or creative production.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
