Senior Managing Consultant – Director of Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior leader to head its Marketing Services consulting practice. The role combines strategic marketing expertise with data‑driven insights to help global clients across banking, retail and other industries improve their digital payments experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑industry client engagements and develop end‑to‑end marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to design and implement regional and global marketing solutions.
• Own senior client relationships from mid‑level managers to C‑suite executives, acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Guide project teams through problem‑solving, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with internal Mastercard stakeholders, including Product and Business Development, to scope and deliver projects.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting experience with a focus on marketing strategy and digital payments.
• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.
