Senior Manager, Priority Banking

About the role

The Senior Manager, Priority Banking will lead a high‑performing team to grow and retain high‑net‑worth clients, drive fee income and cross‑sell banking solutions. You will act as a strategic partner for customers, ensuring superior service and developing new initiatives that align with the bank’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Grow new and existing priority banking (PB) customers to meet bank targets.
• Increase fee income from FX, DCD, OTT and Mastercard spend.
• Manage pricing efficiency to reduce cost of funds for rolled‑over customers.
• Drive cross‑selling of PFS loan products and other consumer banking solutions.
• Lead and coach the PB team, providing training, mentoring and performance management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth and foreign clients.
• Propose and implement strategic initiatives and product enhancements for PB and transaction banking.
• Collaborate with line manager and head of PFS sales on additional tasks and projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 7‑8 years of banking experience, preferably leading a deposit sales or PB team.
• Proven ability to serve high‑net‑worth and foreign customers.
• Strong planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership, motivation and coaching capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Fluent English.
