Senior IT Capacity Analyst

About the role

Our client, Commerzbank AG, is looking for a Senior IT Capacity Analyst to join their team in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on ensuring that IT services have sufficient capacity to meet business demand while supporting the bank’s digital operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse IT capacity trends across applications, infrastructure and services.
• Develop and maintain capacity reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with operations and development teams to forecast future capacity needs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimisation measures.
• Support EMEA‑aligned working hours (3 PM – 12 AM Malaysia time) to coordinate with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in report development and data evaluation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Petaling Jaya and adhere to the specified shift pattern.
