Senior Human Resources Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Lead to drive our talent acquisition and HR operations in a fast‑growing digital technology environment. You will partner with business leaders to shape employee experience, support recruitment initiatives and foster a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records and compliance.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
