Senior HR Executive

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead the human resources function for Techbond Manufacturing, ensuring smooth HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and industrial relations. This role reports to senior management and contributes to the development of HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage payroll administration and ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
• Address industrial relations matters and negotiate with relevant parties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour legislation and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead a HR team.
