About the role

The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition will support Toyota Malaysia by managing the full recruitment cycle. This role focuses on attracting, selecting and integrating new talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for Toyota Malaysia, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview processes and communicate with hiring managers.
Facilitate the onboarding experience to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
