Senior Executive, Product Development

About the role

Swap Asia is looking for a strategic and execution‑driven Senior Executive to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its digital product portfolio. Based in Petaling Jaya, the role will shape product vision, drive development teams and ensure market‑fit solutions that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and positioning for digital offerings.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through concept, design, development, testing and launch phases.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and engineering to align product features with customer needs.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback and iterate to improve usability and profitability.
• Manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product development or product management roles within digital environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence internal and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic on‑site environment.
