About the role

Grab is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Operations Excellence and Governance across its Selangor operations. The role focuses on driving process improvement, ensuring quality standards, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor SOPs and documentation to standardise processes.
Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives that increase productivity and reduce waste.
Oversee QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with data teams to extract, analyse, and report on operational metrics using SQL.
Champion AI and automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks.

Required profile

Proven experience in operations excellence, governance, or similar senior‑level roles.
Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
