About the role

The Senior Executive, Guest Service will lead the front‑of‑house team at Ren Wellness Retreat, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and high‑quality experience throughout their stay. You will be responsible for supervising front‑desk staff, managing reservations, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with the retreat’s wellness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, including guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Monitor service standards and promptly address guest feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality policies.
• Train and mentor front‑office personnel.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guest service or front‑office roles within the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple guest requests simultaneously.
