Senior Executive, Debt Markets

About the role
The Senior Executive, Debt Markets will support the execution of debt market transactions, providing critical analysis and documentation throughout the deal lifecycle. This role is based on-site at our Petaling Jaya office and reports to the Debt Markets team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess borrower risk and creditworthiness.
- Develop and structure debt transactions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to ensure full compliance with authorities.
- Execute transaction processes, coordinating with internal and external parties to achieve timely settlement.
- Monitor ongoing transactions, tracking performance and identifying any issues that arise.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit, reporting, and future reference.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in debt market transactions.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and transaction structuring.
