Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager – Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support the delivery of diverse construction and interior fit‑out projects. Reporting to senior management, you will play a key part in controlling project costs, managing contracts and ensuring accurate quantity take‑offs. Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts for fit‑out projects.
• Monitor and report on project expenditures, variations and cost performance.
• Review and administer contracts, sub‑contractor agreements and change orders.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs, measurements and prepare bills of quantities.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and site teams to resolve cost‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in cost control and contract administration for interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
