Senior Associate – Regulatory Affairs Strategy (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Mandarin‑speaking Senior Associate to support regulatory affairs strategy across product lifecycles. You will work within a global eye‑care leader, ensuring product registrations and compliance in assigned APAC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product registration, re‑registration, change notifications and related licence applications.
• Manage product lifecycle activities such as labeling changes, new regulation assessments, CPDS preparation and promotional material reviews.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including project and metric management, licence archiving, invoice and payment tracking, and operational support.
• Provide regulatory support to local teams and assist with newcomer onboarding.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese (oral and written).
• Additional APAC language skills (Korean, Japanese, Thai) are a plus.
• 1–2 years of regulatory affairs experience or a recent graduate with relevant academic background.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities under tight deadlines.
• High integrity, accountability and a customer‑focused mindset.
