Senior Accountant

About the role

ROSEN Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead its finance operations in Shah Alam, Selangor. This role will oversee financial reporting, audits, cash‑flow management and compliance while driving the performance of a high‑calibre finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements and corporate policies.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior accounting roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial processes and lead a team.
