About the role

The Sales Support Executive will provide essential assistance to the sales team of HSP POWER SYSTEMS in Penang. You will handle client enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with engineering and logistics, and ensure smooth order processing to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and support the sales pipeline.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and logistics for order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Assist in organising sales visits and travel arrangements.

Required profile

Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Marketing.
Fluent in Chinese.
Own reliable transport and willingness to travel as needed.
Based in or willing to work in Butterworth, Penang.
