Sales Manager – Property Development (Overseas Market)

About the role

Richmond Asia Group is expanding its international property sales team and seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive overseas market growth for its property development projects. You will be based in Johor Bahru and work on‑site, focusing on high‑value sales opportunities across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas client leads for property development projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demand.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and commission goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate or property development sales.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to international clients and understand overseas market dynamics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently on‑site.
