About the role

The Sales Manager will lead, inspire and coach a team of talented sales professionals at Jeffcon Engineering. The primary focus is to drive revenue growth and consistently surpass sales targets while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
Coach sales professionals on techniques, product knowledge and customer engagement.
Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Monitor sales metrics, ensure targets are met or exceeded, and adjust tactics as needed.

Required profile

Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Competitive salary ranging from RM 7,500 to RM 11,000 per month.
Full‑time, on‑site position in Selangor, Malaysia.
