Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our freight forwarding business in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing key accounts and driving revenue growth through strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new freight forwarding customers across various industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis to inform business decisions.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within freight forwarding, logistics or related transport sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and documentation.
