Sales Manager - Enterprise Solutions & BPO Services

About the role

Canon Mailcom Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales for BPO and managed services. You will develop new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships with leading organisations across Malaysia. This role offers a platform to shape the growth of our enterprise solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for BPO and managed services.
• Build and maintain strategic client partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with solution and delivery teams to tailor offerings.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or B2B business development.
• Strong understanding of the BPO and managed services market.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
