Sales Engineer – Industrial Machinery

About the role

Nanogrind Technologies is looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to promote its industrial machinery solutions on Penang Island. The successful candidate will enjoy meeting customers, understanding their manufacturing challenges, and delivering technical solutions that add value to their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential industrial customers on the island.
• Assess manufacturing needs and recommend appropriate machinery and technologies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and strive to meet sales targets and performance incentives.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Strong interest in interacting with customers and solving manufacturing problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently on‑site.
