Sales Coordinator / Order Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Order Coordinator to act as the bridge between our Malaysian operations, U.S. retail customers and internal sales teams. The role focuses on managing orders, understanding customer requirements and ensuring production and quality standards are met for timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate orders between Malaysian facilities and U.S. retail customers.
• Gather and communicate customer requirements to the sales and production teams.
• Monitor production progress and quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Track delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may affect timely shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, communications and status updates.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating sales orders and customer requirements.
• Understanding of production processes and quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines to ensure on‑time delivery.
