About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin to join our Kuala Lumpur office. The role supports the sales team by handling order processing, purchase coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.

Key responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate purchases, imports, and deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Prepare and manage business documents such as invoices, shipping paperwork, and purchase orders.
Liaise with logistics providers to track shipments and resolve any issues.

Required profile

Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing ability.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
