Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing automotive and wire‑harness manufacturing company. You will support the achievement of sales targets, manage key customer accounts and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reaching monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Identify new business opportunities and support senior staff in expanding the customer base.
• Prepare sales reports and market insights for management review.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to build long‑term relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Basic understanding of the automotive or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
