Sales Advisor – Used & Recon (Johor Bahru)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our used‑car and recon department in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our automotive retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and inbound customers to understand their vehicle needs.
• Present, negotiate and close sales of used and recon vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for automotive retail and a results‑driven mindset.
