About the role

The Retail Operation Executive will oversee multiple Childhood outlets across Malaysia, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and consistently. You will lead store teams, drive service excellence, and uphold brand standards while supporting growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve operational performance across all assigned outlets.
• Coach and develop store teams to achieve high service and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams for product availability and promotions.
