Retail & Education Executive (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Retail & Education Executive will lead sales initiatives across Sephora retail locations and stand‑alone boutiques in Malaysia and Singapore. This 1‑year contract role blends retail management with educational outreach to enhance product knowledge and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance in Sephora stores and boutique locations.
• Develop and deliver educational programs for staff and customers on product usage and trends.
• Collaborate with store teams to implement promotional activities and visual merchandising.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling through tailored training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
• Ability to design and conduct educational workshops.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment across Malaysia and Singapore.
