About the role
We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our store at KL East Mall. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about modest activewear and enjoys interacting with customers in a dynamic retail environment. You will be part of a team that values customer satisfaction and brand representation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist shoppers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain the presentation of merchandise, ensuring displays are tidy and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system.
- Support inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to a friendly and engaging store atmosphere.
Required profile
