Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing family of more than 50 restaurants and lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, driving growth and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Manage and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
• Control inventory, monitor food costs and enforce waste‑reduction measures.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare reports on performance, staffing and financial metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food‑and‑beverage management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
