About the role
Be part of a dynamic inbound tourism team at Asian Trails, handling reservations and creating seamless travel experiences for international guests across Malaysia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound reservation inquiries from international travelers.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and bookings to ensure smooth experiences throughout Malaysia.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate updates to guests.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional, multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying guest needs and schedules.
