Relationship Manager, Sales

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Sales will be responsible for driving investment growth and delivering high‑quality financial advisory services to High Net Worth (HNW) and affluent clients. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard HNW and affluent clients for investment products and services.
• Provide tailored financial advice and investment solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, performance reporting, and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal product, research, and compliance teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the wealth management division.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, relationship management or wealth advisory, preferably serving HNW or affluent clientele.
• Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and financial planning principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
